1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Reel Mind ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Reel Mind. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have an Instagram account you are entitled to use. If we become aware that an account belongs to someone under 18, we will close it and delete the data associated with it.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Instagram Integrations & User Content

Reel Mind allows you to interact with Instagram via our bot and share Reels. By using this feature, you agree that:

• You will only share content that complies with Instagram's Community Guidelines.
• You grant us permission to ingest, process, and display the Reels you share to our Instagram account solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• You are responsible for any copyright or third-party rights associated with the content you share.

5. Content Ownership and Permitted Use

Reel Mind does not claim ownership of any Reel. Copyright and all other rights in a Reel remain with its original creator.

Reels are made available through Reel Mind for personal reference and educational purposes — so that you can find, revisit, and learn from content you have already seen on Instagram. Reel Mind is an organizing tool. It is not a publisher, and it is not a substitute for Instagram.

We do not re-upload or host Reel videos. On our public Explore page, a Reel appears only as a link to the original Instagram post, alongside Instagram's own thumbnail and caption, so that views and attribution stay with the creator.

If you are the creator of a Reel shown through Reel Mind and you want it removed, contact us at koradiyaangel11@gmail.com and we will remove it.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Service to:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
• Infringe on the rights of others, including copyright or privacy rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or disrupt the Service.

7. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or permanently close an account that breaches these Terms, abuses the Service, or is used to share unlawful content. Where a breach is serious, we may act without prior notice. We may also remove specific content that breaches these Terms while leaving the account open.

You may stop using the Service at any time and ask us to close your account and remove your data by contacting us at the address below. We may discontinue Reel Mind, in whole or in part, at any time.

8. Service Availability

Reel Mind is offered without any guarantee of availability, uptime, or processing time. The Service depends on the Instagram Graph API and on third-party infrastructure that may change, become unavailable, or withdraw our access without notice. We may add, change, or remove features at any time.

We do not guarantee that every shared Reel will be downloaded, transcribed, or categorized successfully, nor that saved Reels will remain available indefinitely. Reel Mind is not a backup service, and you should not rely on it as the only copy of anything you care about.

9. Limitation of Liability

Reel Mind is provided "as is" without any warranties. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
